Compatibility
DualCloner requires Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher. This includes most Android phones released after 2016. For the best experience with all features, we recommend Android 10 or higher. Some advanced features like biometric lock require Android 9+.
Yes! DualCloner is compatible with all major Android brands including Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Google Pixel, Huawei (without Google services issues), Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Motorola, and many more. If your device runs Android 7.0+, DualCloner should work perfectly.
While DualCloner supports 99.9% of apps, some apps with very strict security measures may have issues. If an app doesn't clone properly:
Make sure the original app is fully updated
Try deleting and re-cloning the app
Clear DualCloner's cache and try again
Check if your phone has enough storage (1GB+ recommended)

Most banking apps can be cloned successfully. However, some banks have strict security measures that may detect the cloned environment. If a banking app doesn't work when cloned, it's usually because the bank has implemented security checks. We recommend testing with your specific banking app before relying on a cloned version for important transactions.

Select "Upgrade Plan"
Choose your new plan and complete payment
Your new features are activated immediately after payment confirmation. Any remaining credit from your current plan is prorated.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan, but all your existing clones remain on your device and continue to work.
The Free plan is available forever with basic features (3 clones, 1 device). We encourage you to use the Free plan to test DualCloner and experience its core features before upgrading to a paid plan. This allows you to make an informed decision about which plan best suits your needs.
When your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your existing clones remain on your device and continue to work. However, you'll lose access to premium features like anonymous mode, app lock, and batch cloning. If you have more clones than the Free plan allows (3), you won't be able to create new clones until you upgrade or remove some existing clones.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions. We encourage you to use our Free plan to test DualCloner before upgrading to a paid plan. If you have any technical issues, please contact our support team at support@dualcloner.com and we'll do our best to help resolve them.
Troubleshooting
Clone creation can fail for several reasons:
Low storage: Make sure you have at least 1GB of free space
App too large: Some very large games may take longer to clone
Battery saver: Disable battery optimization for DualCloner
Permissions: Grant all required permissions to DualCloner
Try restarting your phone and cloning again. If the issue persists, contact support.
If a cloned app keeps crashing:
Long press the clone in DualCloner > Settings > Clear Cache
Check if the original app needs an update
Delete and recreate the clone
Restart your phone
Make sure DualCloner itself is updated to the latest version
If the issue persists, report it to our support team with the app name and Android version.
Notification issues are often caused by battery optimization:
Go to Settings > Apps > DualCloner > Battery > Unrestricted
Do the same for each cloned app
Enable notifications for the cloned app in your device settings
Check in-app notification settings within the cloned app
Some phones have additional "Auto-start" settings - enable for DualCloner
Samsung, Xiaomi, and Huawei devices have aggressive battery management that may need additional configuration.
